Subscriptions Are Billed in Advance
All paid subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected billing period. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to the pricing and billing schedule shown at checkout.
Refund Requests Within 7 Days
Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date, including after service usage has begun. Requests made after the 7-day window are generally not eligible for a refund.
Refund Review Conditions
All refund requests are reviewed case by case. We may ask for basic account and billing details to verify the purchase and understand the reason for the request before making a decision.
